Hello and thankyou for the latest version of Mobiflight. I have the following error each time Mobiflight starts.
"MIcrosoft .NET Framework" Unhandled exception has occured...... Could not find a part of the path "C:\WINDOWS\system32\Presets\msfs2020_eventids.cip"

I dont have FS2020 only P3D and Xplane on this computer.

Hi,

there has been some updates for .NET-Framework in the last time. You have to update your system, so that you have he latest updates installed.

tztztz Why should exist a "/preset" folder in c:/windows/system32 ??

Sounds like a wrong adress in the Mobiflight Code.... isn´t it.

I agree with Stephan. May a isue with a wrong NEt Framework Version.
If not Seb need to check this..... then its MF Related.

LAST NOTE: Please Confirm issue is also with newest 8.0.1 ..... The Topic Name is only called "Version 8" Do we talk about 8.0.0 or 8.0.1 ?

Thanks I will check my .net framework versions however windows 10 does have all the latest updates. Mobiflight v8.0.0

If Possible test with up to date 8.0.1
May this is still solved.

If not you can also make a short test with 7.10.0 ( if it work if you downgrade again) .

But i think finaly Sebastian need to check.
Report to him in Discord if you like. Then he direct can check this.

If you not get in personal contact to him reply here again..... then i will open a Issue Ticket on Bitbucket !
